Why Braille Signs

From October 2004 the Disability Discrimination Act (1995) requires ALL goods, services and facilities providers to make ‘reasonable adjustment' to their premises to ensure that disabled people are treated equally within our community.

Contour Signs Ltd Braille and tactile signage provides a means of initial implementation of the National Disability Council's guidelines on equality of access whilst meeting the "reasonable adjustment" criteria as cited in the DDA. They are also recognised as meeting the guidelines as set out in the JMU/RNIB ‘Sign Design Guide'.

All of our products can be tailor made to your requirements.  All signs are manufactured in-house at our site in Cheshire.

Contour Signs Ltd is listed on the approved manufacturer/supplier held by the RNIB.  We also work in conjunction with the National Library for the Blind.

We would be delighted to answer any queries you may have. Please do give us a call.
